| Customer Agreement
The following describes the terms on which Holger
Reuchlin offers you his service. Contract
With the registration by mail or phone you offer me the conclusion of a contract.
You will soon after get a mail from me within that I accept the periode of time
you want to travel. With this email we have a contract
of travelling completed. Travelling
The price of a certain journey includes - Holger Reuchlin as Tour
Guide and the planning of the tour
- Lodgment in a room as you like it with
breakfast
The price of a certain journey does not include
- Anything you consume except the breakfast
- Entrance fees
With
exceptions of the agreements above you travel on your own risc. Payment
- You can pay with your Master Card, your Visa Card, your American Express Card
or by remittance
- Holger Reuchlin gets 50 % of the price 48 hours after
the obligatory order of a journey and the rest two days before the journey begins.
- If
you pay by credit card you will get a form witch you have to fill out completly.
You have to send me back this form and on another sheet a copy of the front side
and the rear side of your credit card by fax or by (snail) mail, not by email.
- You
pay in Euro (
 ) - You
have the right to reject your order either by fax or by email within 48 hours
after you have given it. In this case I will keep 30% of the expected income of
our contract of travelling from your payment
and the rest will be sent back to you.
